He helped me close on a rental property for my family and I up in Summerlin with a property manager who was not very helpful and hostile and was very slow during the whole process. Gavin was very thorough and on point which helped get us into the property just in time with everything we needed. Gavin did an amazing job helping us to find our rental! He was responsive, polite and worked hard to help us find the perfect place in a limited market. He did a lot of back and forth with listing agents on our behalf without complaint or making us feel guilty about having so many questions.
